The mythical image

A cycle of works that reinterpret the best known and most consumed works of art in a conceptual key, a sort of journey through art.

They are projects, hypotheses, utopias, situations that overturn the traditional reading, calling into question the cultural and historical values. 

A work of art on art in a process of misdirection and provocation. 

The Mythical Image will find an outlet in the artist’s book and in Mail Art with an operation in progress that will see 10 exhibition locations. 

They are works on postcards, envelopes, xeroxes and more, now owned by the MA.GA, Museum of Contemporary Art of Gallarate.
